Kibbles & Biscuits ships Monday – Friday (excluding statutory holidays) ships within 72 hours, subject to daily order volumes and warehouse availability. Orders made online after Friday at 10:30 AM local time will ship the following Monday. However, please allow up to 2 business days for processing of orders. Kibbles & Biscuits will happily ship to your home and/or office but are not able to ship to addresses that include PO Boxes.

Free Shipping over $75*
Qualifying orders that are $75 or more at the subtotal level after coupons have been applied and prior to any applicable taxes ship via standard ground delivery for free. This does not include large bags of dog/cat foods, cat litter, fish gravel and cat posts. Restrictions apply and will be noted during checkout. Free delivery within Edmonton & surrounding area. Bulk or oversized items are an additional charge or items that require special handling. Oversized priced items are subject to change at any time without notice.
Express Shipping Options
Express shipping options are available thru Purolator. Orders must be submitted by 10:30AM local time for express shipping.
Curbside Grab & Go
In a hurry? Items too heavy? Kids in the car? Whatever your reason, we have curbside options to help with all your needs. Order in the morning by 11am, we will do all the heavy lifting and shopping, and even load it in your vehicle. Order online, then pick a time for pick up. Easy peasey.
Returns / Exchanges
With Kibbles & Biscuits 60-day web return policy. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same, new condition. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the return is the result of an error made on our part we will cover the cost of shipping.

Return with Kibbles & Biscuits:
- You can return your purchase within 60 days of the purchase date.
- Please contact a Customer Service Agent to confirm your return.
- Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging for a full refund.
- Defective/damaged products may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 60 days. Anything beyond 60 days of the purchase date will be handled under a manufacturer's warranty.
- Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer.
If you would like to exchange your product for something else, please proceed with placing a new order. Placing the new order right away will ensure that you will get your item(s) quickly, and that it won’t go out of stock. A full refund will be issued once your returned product is received and processed. So long as the item is in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centre (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-3 business days after your credit is applied for it to appear in your account.
